Hi there! I’m Roy, a Dutch Designer and Art Director specialized in webdesign and mobile design. Don’t worry; I love to do print as well. I have more than 12 years experience in creating websites and working with both the Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OSX.

My professional design career started in 2007. The Amsterdam-based advertising agency Pit Group Intech B.V. hired me to design their websites. I worked with numerous clients including T-Mobile, Nederlandse Spoorwegen, Heineken, Gassan Diamonds, Chevrolet and the Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek Amsterdam. I got promoted to the role of Art Director after 3 years and continued doing (and loving) this for 3 more years.

I started working for UPC Netherlands (a Liberty Global subsidiary) in 2013. UPC Netherlands is the second largest cable operator in the Netherlands, providing cable television (digital and analogue), broadband Internet, and telephone services to both residential and commercial customers.

UPC employed me to take the creative lead in their web team. During this period, UPC launched its new corporate identity and website, and continues improving it to this day.

The 7 years I worked for the agency and UPC made me the professional Art Director I am today. I am willing to take the lead but also a real team player. I’m not afraid to take responsibility, I know how to tackle tight deadlines, and most importantly I always design to the highest standards.
